The 18-member Helios Jazz Orchestra, directed by Dr. David Manson, backs singers Jamie Perlow & Bryan Hughes in a big band show at the Side Door.
Jamie Perlow is an extraordinary area singer and songwriter with radio and television credits. Her expressive style, full voice and flawless intonation set her apart. She performs regularly with the Florida Bjorkestra project and is a favorite with the Helios Jazz Orchestra. Playing in clubs from the JazzKeller in Frankfurt, Germany to The Jazz Voyeur in Buenos Aires, singer/songwriter, Bryan J Hughes, has been a fixture on the bay area music scene for the past 10 years.
